Treatment methods

Medication & Regenerative Medicine

We focus on tissue recovery from within using high-quality therapies, including:

  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and IRAP for natural anti-inflammation and stimulation of tissue regeneration.
  • Stem cell therapy with pre-differentiated, tissue-specific allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells, aimed at regenerating cartilage, tendons, and other connective tissue.
  • Alpha-2 Macroglobulin, a powerful anti-inflammatory protein obtained from the horse’s own blood, for direct and effective treatment of inflammation.

From minimally invasive arthroscopy to complex procedures, our surgeon performs operations with the highest precision. For highly specialized interventions, we work together with renowned surgeons to provide your horse with the best possible care, focused on fast recovery and optimal aftercare.

Laser light stimulates cellular repair, reduces pain, and improves blood circulation. This therapy is effective in the treatment of tendon and muscle injuries, joint problems, and wound healing.

Targeted high-energy sound waves stimulate tissue repair and relieve pain, particularly in tendon injuries, joint problems, and back issues.

For your horse’s recovery and optimal function, we work closely with specialized physiotherapists. They apply mobilization techniques, targeted exercise therapy, and rehabilitation guidance—essential for sustainable and effective recovery.

Orthopedic shoeing is applied in close cooperation between the veterinarian and a specialized farrier. The shoeing is designed to correct and/or optimize the alignment and load of the hoof. By improving biomechanics, it supports recovery from movement issues and reduces additional stress on tendons and joints.

Targeted cooling with controlled intensity helps reduce acute inflammation, swelling, and pain. Especially effective in the acute phase of injury treatment.

The veterinarian develops a tailor-made rehabilitation plan, involving physiotherapists, farriers, and, if needed, the horse’s own veterinarian. Through regular evaluations, the recovery is closely monitored, with the aim of achieving a responsible and sustainable recovery for your horse.
