A thorough clinical examination forms the basis of an accurate diagnosis. This begins with a comprehensive anamnesis, during which we review the horse’s history, current issues, and previous treatments. This is followed by a detailed examination both at rest and in motion. Flexion tests and, if necessary, ridden assessments are performed, and guided or intra-articular anesthesia is used to pinpoint the exact source of pain.
